With these objectives in mind we decided to focus exclusively on these two activities and we work with strategic partners for those activities that we don’t consider our main functions, but which are also important for giving operational support to our assessment.

1. Custody of Securities: The functions related to the custody of securities, transfers and other banking services are carried out through internationally recognized financial entities, such as Bank of New York, JP Morgan, HSBC, UBS, Wells Fargo, etc.

2. Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Order Execution: These functions are important for the operative support of our clients. Bolton Global Capital, regulated by FINRA, is our strategic partner in these support areas and also provides oversight to ensure that our activity complies with regulatory requirements in the US.

3. Technology: Morningstar is our main technological partner for both the management of investment portfolios and for the aggregation and consolidation of accounts as an interface between the financial entities that hold the assets and our analysis system.

4. Research: Our analysis is based on summarizing different sources of analysis from financial entities, independent research providers and information systems such as professional Bloomberg.
